Ram Sapkota is the owner of Everest Indian & Nepalese Restaurant in West Kelowna, BC.  

What makes this restaurant so special is how it came to be …. 

It all started in 2007 when Ram’s family immigrated to Canada from Nepal.  Ram’s first restaurant was opened in downtown Kelowna, sold and Everest Indian & Nepalese Restaurant was opened in Westbank.

Ram and his wife, Nirmaya, could not imagine a better place to start their journey with the restaurant business than in the Okanagan.  

Ram has travelled many countries in Europe where he trained to be a chef and his 30 year passion, also his hobby, helped catapult this restaurant.

None of this would be possible without the tireless effort of the whole family, who are all staff here, and who have made the success of our restaurant a family priority.

They have a great love for customers, and a special place for those customers who have been with them from the very beginning.
